What we believe life is all about and what we believe is possible, is central to our personal process. When we add in the spiritual approach, we will explore what your spiritual beliefs and experiences are, gain a deeper understanding of what those are, determine which approach or approaches help you in what ways, and incorporate aspects of your spirituality into your personal growth process.

What are your spiritual beliefs?


You may have an ongoing highly developed spiritual practice (like being part of a church community, have a daily meditation practice, or be part of a spiritual support group.)

You might feel a deep connection to Nature, or Truth, or The Goddess, or Christ, the Buddha, an Avatar, a Higher Power, or The Universe.

Or you might be beginning to explore spirituality and know intuitively that you need to discern what your beliefs are. Whether you are immersed in your spirituality or just discovering it, it is a central part of who you are and it is integral to your personal growth process.

In therapy and in life, exploring your spirituality can provide a key missing piece to your personal growth process. I believe we can be more whole if we are true to who we are. That’s why my spirituality is always evolving and involves aspects of:

Max’s Success Story


Max was in a 12-step program and while he found the program crucial to his sobriety and certain aspects of the Higher Power concepts helpful, he resonated more deeply with concepts that his yoga teacher discussed in class.

He always felt calmer and more centered after yoga class but also felt “complete” and “whole” in ways he didn’t understand.

In his therapy, we explored his body sensations and altered consciousness that came from “being in his body” because of his yoga class, and linked those experiences to his emerging sense of what concepts and principles made sense when his teacher spoke.

From that, we helped Max build his own sense of how he wanted to live on a daily basis: being in a certain grounded, balanced energetic state that supported him most completely with his own conceptual understanding of what he felt was true about Life.

Gabriela was a very sensitive young woman who wanted to work on her “dealing with” or “managing” her sensitivity. She reported feeling sad much of the time and she often cried.

In the therapy process we discovered that most of her sadness was due to her disconnection from “everything she believed in her Core”, all of her spiritual beliefs.

She had felt the “Connectedness of Nature” ever since she was a child, but never felt it validated and instead felt that she had been told over and over again that her way of viewing the world was “silly”, “spacey”, or just “weird and wrong.”

Her aching sadness came from her disconnection from her truest knowing and she had joyous, but ungrounded tearful relief when she let herself feel her truth in therapy sessions.

We helped her to know what her truth was and then helped her learn how to best ground herself daily in that way of being. The way she needed to “ground” was unique to her and discovering it involved exploration and experimentation, so that we could arrive at her best formula.

A More Complete Therapy uses a holistic mix of therapy and energy healing tecniques to get powerful results. Some of my most commonly used methods include:

Yes I do offer Traditional Therapy. This is Talk Therapy and usually is for people who are new to therapy or only want to work on a specific issue for a shorter period of time, but I am open to exploring what your interests and needs are.

Yes, I do Telehealth!

Over years of initial research, Telehealth has been shown to be highly effective. During the times of mandated stay-at-home, it is the safest way to do therapy! I do Telehealth by phone, FaceTime, Zoom, and a therapy video service called Doxyme.

Not all of A Complete Therapy can be done via Telehealth but a good portion of it can.

We can do: Talk Therapy, Energy Healing, Spirituality, Soul level techniques, and Evolutionary Energetics. We can do components of Body Therapy and EMDR, remotely.

During the pandemic, we cannot do Neurofeedback in my office, but you could buy a Personal Home Neurofeedback system (and I can guide you through using it and help you incorporate its effects into your personal growth process.)

A More Complete Therapy is a private pay therapy — the fee is $250 per 60-minute session.

Most Complete Therapy sessions include Talk Therapy, Body Therapy, Energy Healing, NeurOptimal Neurofeedback, and Soul Plan Reading.

  • EMDR sessions are often 90 minutes long ($300) but can also be done in 60-minute sessions ($250.)
  • The fee for Soul Realignment readings by themselves is $600 but when done as part of a Complete Therapy Experience it is $250 (for the reading, clearing, and paper work) in addition to the $250 reporting session (90 minutes.) [During the times of the pandemic crisis, reduced rates are available.]

It is possible to come for my separate modalities, and not therapy:

  • If you come for just EMDR and not Complete Therapy, the fee is $250 for the 60 minute session and $300 for the 90 minute session.
  • If you come for Neurofeedback (and not therapy) the fee $200 per session or $150 per session when you buy a package of 10.
  • A Soul Plan Reading by itself (without therapy) is $400 and is a 90 minute reading.
  • A Soul Realignment Reading by itself (without therapy) is $600, and involves the practitioner doing the clearing separately from the feedback/reporting session (which takes 90 minutes.)

Yes.

I accept insurance for traditional Talk Therapy sessions. (They can include some meditation, breathing, relaxation techniques as they are also covered by insurance.) These sessions are 45 minutes. I am on most major insurance panels, including Aetna, Cigna, Emblem, United Health Care, Medicare, etc.
